Carl Gomez is the Chief Economist at Centurion Asset Management, one of Canada's largest private real estate investment trusts, known in particular for the Centurion Apartment REIT.
Before joining Centurion, Carl was Chief Economist and Head of Market Analytics at CoStar Group. Earlier in his career he held senior leadership roles at QuadReal Property Group and Bentall Kennedy, along with positions at a major bank and CMHC.
